What a strange year...

Uhh, so I got the weird itch to write a new Journal entry, though I have nothing really to write about.

Oh! That's a lie. I actually wanted to note a few things in progress that I'll be posting here in the next couple of weeks.

1) New Tutorials!
Good god, it's been so long since I've done a proper one. I have some pieces in the works that I'm gonna post, one on toning and one on watercolors (because I love them). Why? Well, mostly because I can, and also because I like them. I'm a tutorial NUT. Seriously, I browse for tuts almost DAILY, soooooo I figured that I shall contribute as well!

2)New Comic!
I can hear the groans already. So here's what's up: I'm currently working on two comics, ParFour (Slice of life about Golf) and Shamrock (Paranormal investigation in the Four Corners area), and then there's my baby, GreyRune... GreyRune is kinda on hold because I don't really wanna start it until I feel like my artwork can pull it off, and frankly, I feel like I've got quite the ways to go. In anycase, my writer (writes Par4) has been working on a larger project called the Fifteenth Pen (A little girl gets sucked into her favorite works of literature). Now, he's planning a pitch and all sorts of fun stuff, so I'm slightly preoccupied with helping him get it in order; that is, I'm doing character models and such. But we'll see how this turns out.

3)Spring break!
Normally, I'd be all "I'M GONNA DRAW SOO MUCH! RAWR!" but my boyfriend is coming to visit spring break and I never get to see him (he lives on the west coast), so I know for a fact that I'm gonna be totally distracted during those two weeks. Not that I won't get ANY drawing done, heck no. He'll bug the crap out of me until I do.

4)....umm, was there a four?
I don't know what goes here. I had something but I lost it.

And who am I kidding. No one reads these! Hell, I wouldn't read my mindless drivel. So I guess the ultimate point (for those of you who just skipped to the bottom) of this post is just to say I'M ALIIIIIIVVVEEEEE!
