Wow, it has been waaaay too long since I've written a journal. What is it now, 8 months? Lots has happened since then.

First off, I got a boyfriend! YAY ME! That's the good news. Bad news is that he's on the other side of the states. Long distance relationships really suck, especially when they're coast-to-coast. We're makin' it work somehow, but really, all this traveling is more than ridiculous. Still, he's super awesome. I'm really lucky! ^__^

Secondly, school sucks. For those of you who didn't know, I'm a New Media major (whatever that is) at a University which BITES BALLS. I have psychotic teachers, and being a Resident Assistant of a freshman dorm does not help my annoyance levels stay low. Nevertheless, I've gotten some drawing done, but when it comes to scanning my masses of sketches I'm really freakin' lazy. Might have to do with my slow scanner. It's slow. Really slow. I don't want to buy a new one though. If/when I get a new one, I'm getting a wide-format scanner which are expensive and hard to find. Bleeehhhh.

I have also started two new comics, and I'm working on two more. The two comics currently available to be read can be found on SmackJeeves here [link] . Shamrock is a Paranormal comic about ghosts and psychics and fun stuff like that; Reality-U is my stress relieving comic (All true events that have happened to me in college I kid you not); And if you've been following me for a while, you'll know that the Greyrune comic is simply my one-shot re-posted. Two new comics I'm working on: Dollhouse (Horror story about dolls) and an untitled interactive choose-your-own-adventure style flash comic set in the 1920's following the brief romance of a blonde (stupid spell-check. Blonde is spelled with an E dammit!) cabaret singer in Chicago. Nice selection, huh?

But yeah, life is good. I have another week off from school (sort of) in addition to Thanksgiving, so that's nice. Got a lot of Christmas shopping done. Blah blah blah...
